Our experienced Framingham physical therapy staff will work with you and your doctor to build a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your needs and then take you through the process at a safe pace. We provide physical therapy treatment for post-surgical rehabilitation along with injuries including knee, shoulder, hip, foot and hand pain. We accept all major health, auto, or work insurance plans for physical therapy treatment. We also provide physical therapy for veterans, federal employees, and union workers. Please call us with any questions your may have about your insurance. If you do not have insurance we can work with you to get you back on the road to recovery through our private pay options.

We are properly staffed to ensure that we can evaluate and treat you within the next week. Are you in pain today and need to see someone immediately? Call us, we will do our very best to help you receive treatment as soon as possible. 

Location and Accessibility 

We are conveniently located in downtown Framingham next to the Town Hall at 188 Concord Street on the first floor. Handicap accessibility is available along with free parking in the rear of the building. 


For the convenience of our patients we also speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, German, and Italian.

Meet Our Physical Therapists

  • Angelo Balsamo
    Physical Therapist

    Angelo is a board certified Physical Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience.  He graduated cum laude from Northeastern University's Boston Bouve College of Health Sciences.  He specializes in orthopedic, sports and industrial rehabilitation.  The cornerstone of Angelo's approach to rehab is a focus on manual therapy including myofacial release, joint mobilization and deep tissue massage.
